About the Journal
ASEAN Journal of Postharvest and Food Research (E-ISSN xxxx-xxxx) is an international peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes research articles, review articles and short communications on postharvest science and food research, with a special emphasis on the tropical commodities and food systems of Southeast Asia, as well as other regions with similar agro-climatic conditions and food supply chains. The topics may include but are not limited to postharvest physiology, storage and drying, cold chain and packaging, food processing and value addition, food safety, food chemistry and functional foods, by-product valorisation, post-catch fisheries technology, and the measurement and policy of food loss and waste.
The journal is published twice a year, in June and December, by RESPOBIO.
All submitted articles must not have been published previously and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the journal will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. The acceptance of articles is decided by the Editorial Board based on the reviewers' recommendations.
