Hasanuddin Advanced Studies in Agrocomplex Sciences Journal (HAS-ASC Journal) is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles and review papers in the field of agrocomplex sciences, covering integrated and advanced studies across agriculture, food, agroindustry, environment, and socio-economic systems related to agro-based resources.

The journal places particular emphasis on tropical and Indonesian agrocomplex systems, including upstream–downstream integration, sustainable resource utilization, agroindustrial innovation, and local wisdom–based technologies, while also welcoming contributions from other regions with comparable agro-ecological characteristics.

History

Hasanuddin Advanced Studies in Agrocomplex Sciences Journal began its first publication on October 23, 2025. The journal is published twice a year, in April and October. In its initial publication period, the journal uses English as the primary language. Meanwhile, the implementation of the policies listed in the publication ethics and author guidelines will take effect starting from the first issue following the journal’s launch.
