SALAGA journal requires a ‘Written transfer agreement’ from the authors of an acceptable article for publication. Upon acceptance of an article, this ‘written transfer agreement’ form needs to be returned to the Editor of SALAGA journal, and the authors keep one copy for their future reference. Delay in submitting this form could result in publication delays.

1. We have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of this ‘written transfer agreement’ and confirmed the copyright transfer of our article to SALAGA journal starting from the signed date of this agreement. We believe that SALAGA journal relies on this agreement for the publication of our article. This agreement will be legally cancelled if our article is not published by SALAGA Journal.
2. We guarantee that our article is original and has not been published previously and/or it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. We also guarantee that this article does not contain any vilification statements nor other illegal statements, and does not breach the rights of others. If excerpt from other copyright works is included, we have obtained written permission from the copyright owners and credit the source(s) in our article.

The Authors’ Rights

SALAGA journal acknowledge the authors’ rights, including:

• Patent, trademark, and the rights of research processes and/or procedures used in the article.
• Rights to distribute
• After publication, the authors could use some parts or the whole parts of the article in their compilation works, such as compilation of publications or lecture notes. Other use, including third party authorization, should be directed to SALAGA journal.

Notes:

All the copy materials (printed, electronic, or others) has to indicate SALAGA journal and Universitas Hasanuddin, and also full reference of the paper(s).

Other use, apart from authors’ rights above, for commercial purpose should acquire written permission from journal’s publisher.

Authorship

• If more than one author is involved in an article, the author who signed the ‘written transfer agreement’ form needs to inform the terms and conditions of this agreement to the other authors. The author who signed this agreement form has the authority to sign on behalf of other authors. The author who signed this agreement is responsible in determining the author list of the article and has to inform any amendment of the article to SALAGA journal.
• In the case of copyright of the article is on other parties, the other parties or their representative have to sign the ‘written transfer agreement’. If in this case the author signs the agreement, it has to be carried out under authority of the other parties and the other parties understand the terms and conditions of this agreement.
