SALAGA Journal (E-ISSN: 3032-2677) invites original research and reviews that advance appropriate technology for agricultural production and processing. The journal is published twice a year (June and December). We welcome submissions on mechanization and automation/IoT, soil–water engineering, postharvest and food processing, renewable energy/electrification, GIS/Remote Sensing, and product quality.

We are an Open Access journal (APC = 0) with transparent single‑blind peer review. All articles receive DOIs and immediate open access. Estimated first decision ≈ 4–6 weeks; rapid publication after acceptance ≈ 2–4 weeks.
