SALAGA Journal  Appropriate Technology for Agriculture Production & Processing

About the Journal

SALAGA Journal (E‑ISSN: 3032‑2677) is an Open Access journal that publishes original research and review articles on appropriate technology for agricultural production and processing. We emphasize solutions that are practical, cost‑effective, maintainable, and that improve productivity, sustainability, and farmer livelihoods.

Publication Frequency
SALAGA Journal publishes two issues per year: June and December. Manuscripts submitted now will be considered for the next available issue within this biannual schedule.

  • Farm mechanization & cultivation machinery, automation, agricultural IoT
  • Soil & water engineering, agricultural buildings & environment
  • Postharvest engineering and food/bioproduct processing
  • Renewable energy and agricultural electrification
  • GIS/Remote Sensing for monitoring and land management
  • Product safety, quality, and quality engineering
