    SALAGA Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Hasanuddin University. The journal publishes original research articles and review articles in the field of appropriate technology for agricultural production and processing.

    The journal provides a scientific forum for academics, researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders to disseminate and discuss research findings, technological innovations, and practical solutions that support agricultural production, post-harvest handling, and agricultural processing.

    Appropriate technology in this journal refers to tools, equipment, systems, methods, and practices that are technically feasible, economically affordable, environmentally sound, socially acceptable, and suitable for local resources, regional conditions, and farmer needs.

    SALAGA Journal encourages studies that contribute to improving productivity, efficiency, sustainability, and livelihoods in agricultural systems through the development and application of appropriate technologies.

Artikel yang dipublikasikan bersifat original berupa hasil penelitian murni atau terapan 5 tahun terakhir dalam Bahasa Indonesia. 

  • Hasanuddin Advanced Studies in Agrocomplex Sciences Journal

    Hasanuddin Advanced Studies in Agrocomplex Sciences Journal (HASAS Journal) is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research and review articles in agrocomplex sciences, encompassing integrated studies in agriculture, food, agroindustry, biotechnology, postharvest technology, sustainability, and agro-based socio-economic systems. The journal emphasizes tropical and Indonesian contexts while welcoming contributions from regions with similar agro-ecological characteristics. It is published biannually (April and October) by Universitas Hasanuddin and accepts only original manuscripts that are not under consideration elsewhere. All submissions undergo a single-blind peer-review process, with final publication decisions made by the Editorial Board based on reviewers’ recommendations.

  • Canrea Journal: Food Technology, Nutritions, and Culinary Journal

    Canrea Journal: Food Technology, Nutrition, and Culinary Journal is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research and review papers on food technology, nutrition, and culinary with a special emphasis on traditional food, particularly traditional Indonesian foods, as well as other regions that have similar or relevant culinary to Indonesian food. The topics of the articles may include but are not limited to the chemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, processing, packaging, functional, and sensory aspects of traditional and contemporary foods.

    Jurnal AbdiTechno merupakan media publikasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait bidang pertanian secara umum. Jurnal ini merupakan publikasi resmi yang dikeluarkan oleh Program Studi Teknik Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin. Artikel yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal ini akan melalui proses review oleh dua orang penelaah ahli. Setiap artikel yang diterbitkan diharapkan mampu menyebarluaskan jenis kegiatan-kegiatan pengabdian masyarat kepada khalayak luas.

    Respobio Journal: Postharvest Technology and Food Biotechnology is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research and review articles on postharvest technology and food biotechnology, with a strong emphasis on Indonesian foods and comparable regions. It covers the full food chain—from harvesting, processing, biotechnology, packaging, distribution, marketing, to consumption—including topics such as functional properties, microbiology, chemistry, and sensory aspects of contemporary foods. The journal is published twice a year (May and November) by the Research Group for Postharvest Technology and Biotechnology (Respobio) on behalf of Hasanuddin University, accepts only original manuscripts not under consideration elsewhere, and applies a single-blind peer-review process with final decisions made by the Editorial Board based on reviewers’ recommendations.
