Salaga Journal
SALAGA journal is an academic journal for the publication of original articles and reviews in the field of appropriate technology for agriculture production and processing. The aim of this journal is to provide a forum for academia, researchers, and practitioners in discussing, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting research findings related to appropriate technologies in agriculture production and processing.
Using tools, equipment, and practices that are well-matched to the regional contexts, resources, and farmer needs is referred to as using appropriate technology in agriculture. It seeks to be reasonably priced, long-lasting, and simple to maintain while enhancing production and livelihoods by taking into account environmental and social factors.

Canrea Journal: Food Technology, Nutrition, and Culinary Journal is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research and review papers on food technology, nutrition, and culinary with a special emphasis on traditional food, particularly traditional Indonesian foods, as well as other regions that have similar or relevant culinary to Indonesian food. The topics of the articles may include but are not limited to the chemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, processing, packaging, functional, and sensory aspects of traditional and contemporary foods.

Respobio Journal
Respobio Journal: Postharvest Technology and Food Biotechnology is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes research and review article on postharvest and biotechnology in food with a special emphasis on harvesting, processing, biotechnology, packaging, distribution, marketing and consumption phases particularly in Indonesian foods, as well as other regions that have similar or relevant to Indonesian food. The topics of the articles may include but are not limited to the functional, microbiology, chemistry and sensory aspects of contemporary foods.
Respobio journal is published twice a year in May and November by the Research Group for Postharvest Technology and Biotechnology (Respobio) on behalf of the Hasanuddin University. All submitted articles shall never be published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to Respobio Journal will undergo a thorough single-blind peer-review process. The acceptance of articles is decided by Editorial Board based on reviewer's recommendation.

Jurnal AbdiTechno merupakan media publikasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait bidang pertanian secara umum. Jurnal ini merupakan publikasi resmi yang dikeluarkan oleh Program Studi Teknik Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin. Artikel yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal ini akan melalui proses review oleh dua orang penelaah ahli. Setiap artikel yang diterbitkan diharapkan mampu menyebarluaskan jenis kegiatan-kegiatan pengabdian masyarat kepada khalayak luas.
